Delivery & Returns

Delivery
For orders within Gauteng, deliveries are arranged through our trusted logistics partner for a flat fee of R500. For deliveries to other provinces, we provide a tailored shipping quote based on your order’s size and destination. Once your order is confirmed, we will reach out with the relevant delivery details and cost.

All items are made to order, and we carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow extra time for delivery in line with the estimated 4–6 week lead time.

Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
