Delivery & Returns

Delivery
For orders within Gauteng, deliveries are arranged through our trusted logistics partner for a flat fee of R750. For deliveries to other provinces, we partner with our trusted logistics partner for a flat fee of R1250.

All items are made to order, and we carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow extra time for delivery in line with the estimated 4–6 week lead time.

Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For orders within Johannesburg, Gauteng, deliveries are arranged through our trusted logistics partner for a flat fee of R750.

For deliveries to all areas outside of Johannesburg Gauteng, we provide a tailored shipping quote based on your order’s size and destination.

Once your order is confirmed, we will reach out with the relevant delivery details and cost.

All of our bespoke pieces in the Debbie Frank Interiors collection are locally produced and crafted in our dedicated production facility in Sandton, Gauteng.

Do you offer a warranty?

All Debbie Frank Interiors products come with a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, starting from the date of delivery.

To keep your warranty valid, please ensure your item is installed, maintained, and cared for according to the special care instructions provided. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, exposure to extreme conditions, or any unauthorised repairs or modifications.

If you believe your product has a defect within the warranty period, please submit your claim in writing with proof of purchase. Depending on the case, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (2008).
