For orders within Johannesburg, Gauteng, deliveries are arranged through our trusted logistics partner for a flat fee of R500.

For deliveries to all areas outside of Johannesburg Gauteng, we provide a tailored shipping quote based on your order’s size and destination.

All of our bespoke pieces in the Debbie Frank Interiors collection are locally produced and crafted in our dedicated production facility in Sandton, Gauteng.

Standard lead times for made-to-order items are approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase & payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a follow-up email with an estimated completion date. Please check your promotions or spam folder if you don’t see this email.

Please allow extra time for delivery in line with the estimated 6-8 week lead time.

All Debbie Frank Interiors products come with a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, starting from the date of delivery.

To keep your warranty valid, please ensure your item is installed, maintained, and cared for according to the special care instructions provided. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, exposure to extreme conditions, or any unauthorised repairs or modifications.

If you believe your product has a defect within the warranty period, please submit your claim in writing with proof of purchase. Depending on the case, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (2008).

As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
